Hara bhara kabab
HARA BHARA KABAB is an evening snack.It is a cutlet made of blanched spinach and other green vegetables.It can also be served in parties.As it is made of green vegetables,so its name Hara bhara kabab.It can also be packed in lunch boxes also.
Oil – 2 spoons
Cumin powder – 1 spoon
Red chilly powder – 1/2 spoon
Garlic paste – 1 spoon
Ginger paste – 1 spoon
Chopped onion medium – 1
Green chillies – 3
Chopped capsicum- 1/2 cup
Chopped – 1/2 cup
Blanched spinach – 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Boiled chane ki dal – 1/2 cup
Paneer – 1/4 cup
Bread crumbs -1/2 cup
Roasted chickpea flour – 3 spoon
Oil for frying
To make Hara bhara kabab,Heat a pan and pour oil.
Add cumin powder when oil is hot.
Add ginger and garlic paste when cumin powder is done.
When garlic and ginger pastes are done,add chopped onion .
Add green chillies when onion turn translucent.
Add 1/2 spoon red chilly powder and mix well.
Add capsicum,beans and chane ki dal and mix well.
Transfer the mixture in a mixing bowl.
When mixture cool down,blend with coriander leaves and blanched spinach.
Transfer the blended mixture in a mixing bowl.
Add roasted chickpeaflour,paneer and salt.Mix well.
Make kababs and coat with breadcrumbs.Embed 1/2 cashew on top of kabab.
Fry the kababs on medium flame.
Hara bhara kabab is ready to serve.
