Carrot balls recipe
Carrot balls are made of carrots,khoya, wheat flour and ofcourse dry fruits making it a perfect power packed recipe.Like gajar ka halwa,carrot balls are also yummy to eat and full of fibre and nutrients.
Ingredients
Carrots – 1/2 kg.
Desi ghee – 1 spoon
Wheatflour – 50 grams
Sugar – 150 grams
Khoya – 100 grams
Sliced almonds – 2 spoons
Sliced raisins – 2 spoons
Coconut powder – 2 spoon
Pistachio powder – 1/2 cup
Method
Peel,cut and blend carrots.
Heat desi ghee and roast carrot paste and add suger.
Roast till moisture is gone.
Roast khoya till brown.
Dry roast wheat flour and sliced almonds.
Pour carrot paste,khoya and wheatflour.Mix well.
Make balls out of mixture when cold.
Envelope in pistachio powder.
